Perma-Boot Installation

Service Description:

• Roof is inspected for any needed repairs. Minor cracks in shingles and flashing caulk are repaired as a part of this service. All other repairs needed will be noted for a final report to customer.
• Perma-boots are installed on the vent pipes.
• A report of any other needed repairs to roof, and a quoted price for said repairs, will be provided to you.

Prior to our arrival for service, please make sure that no obstructions block access to your roof.

Your home has sewage vent pipes located on the roof that have gasket boots to prevent water from entering your home. As time passes, the gaskets deteriorate.
