On-Demand Crawlspace Maintenance Service

Service Description:

• Joists, insulation and foundation are inspected for damage or needed repairs.
• 6 mil black polyethylene ground attached vapor barrier is installed (or upgraded).
• Mold/Mildew build-up treated directly with peroxide based cleaner.
• Loose insulation is re-attached. Cracks or holes in foundation are sealed. Loose duct work is tightened and sealed.
• Long term mold treatment (lasts about 1-2 years) is applied either by direct spray, fogging or combination of both, to all exposed wood, foundation, and insulation.
• Deodorizer fog applied to space.

This service is for crawlspaces with minimal water infiltration. Crawlspace should be cleared of any stored items and water access must be available before we start work.
